The best way to implement agile is to acknowledge that the system is broken.
Scrum is a good framework but XP is as well with or without Kanban.
I currently read about the summit in switzerland and think it is the stuff dreams are made of.
Agile is the best thing that happened to our company because it links into a passion for a better world to live in.
